Profile

Linda is a litigation law clerk and provides support to the lawyers at William S. O’Hara Law in all aspects of the litigation process. She has worked in law for over 30 years and has extensive experience in all areas of litigation, including document management, drafting of pleadings and motions, and trial preparation. Linda has also prepared for and conducted witness interviews and attended mediations and examinations for discovery, as well as assisted at trial at all levels of the Ontario court process.
